Terms and conditions

Currently we are only shipping in Singapore. We do not provide international shipping at the moment.

The seller’s liability in respect of all goods supplied shall be limited to giving the buyer the benefit of any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. Replacement of any spare part not due to manufacturing defects shall be charged to the buyer.

It is the duty of the buyer to inspect the goods upon delivery, and any claim by the buyer based on defect in quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with specification shall be notified to the seller at the time of delivery, or in the case of defect or failure not apparent on reasonable inspection then within a reasonable time after discovery.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept full amount refund cancellation policy when the goods have been shipped out.

Should you change your mind about an order after placing it, you would have to contact us to halt the delivery.

However there would be a $10 handling fee due to transaction charges and handling of refund.

Alternatively, to avoid the $10 handling fees for immediate cancellation, you can request to be issued in store credit for the full refund amount.

 

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

It is ok to change your mind! We will accept the return within 30 days of purchase however a handling charge of S$30 would be imposed.

Please refer to the Return Conditions stated below.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

Within 30 days after delivery

Items to be good as new condition

Items have not been assembled, installed or damage.

Original packaging is undamaged with Invoice

Item is not a special sales items or special arrangement item which no refund have been indicated to the customer before purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will allow the refund less the handling fees of S$30.

For defective item that cannot be repaired or replaced, there would be no refund.

Return of items is allowed based on the discretion of the staff.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We will allow 1-1 exchange of the same item at our office or any other items of the same amount value. Alternatively you can return the item back to our warehouse and we will issued you the amount you have paid in the form of store credits. ( not applicable for special items that indicate no refund)

 

After the return of the item, your next new order will no longer enjoy Free Shipping. You will be charged a shipping fee of S$80. This is done by deducting the shipping fee from your store credits earned from your return item, unless arranged for self-collection shipping fee ofS S$30 charge is not required.

 

In cases of claims of exchange on products with obvious and significant defects, such claims will be taken as questionable and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as the customer should have sounded it off upon receipt of the item on the same day. Exchange is only at our distribution center so customer can check the item before leaving.

 

You may choose to bring the item to us personally or courier it to us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the return item to us. We encourage customers to use a trackable delivery service when returning items to us. This allows you to track delivery status of your own return parcel. 360 Bathware is not able to advise on the delivery status of your return parcel and is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damages due to transit. 360 Bathware reserves the right to reject return parcels that are damaged or charge a restocking fee in the instances when the item needs to be sent back to our factory for repacking. Customers are therefore encouraged to take extra care in proof-packing the return item for delivery.

 

360 Bathware reserves the right to reject any return item that does not meet our return conditions stated above. If the return item is rejected, customer must collect back the item. You may self-collect, arrange your own courier service, or opt for our courier service. Our courier service is chargeable at a rate of S$80.
