GENERAL

All quotations and orders are subjected to these conditions of sale and the placing of an order or the acceptance of a quotation by placing an order by the buyer shall be considered as acceptance of these conditions. These conditions may not be modified or varied unless the seller agrees in writing and the seller shall not be deemed to accept such other conditions or waive any of these conditions by failing to object to provisions contained in any purchase order or other communications from the buyer. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer invoice or other document or information shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.

Goods shall remain 360 Waterworks’s property before full payment is made and prior thereto, the Buyer hereby declares itself to be a trustee thereof for the Seller.

VALIDITY OF ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller.

payment terms

Buyer is required to make full payment upon confirmation of Quotation unless otherwise stated or agreed to by Seller.

All deposits and any payment in advance as specified are not refundable and shall be forfeited upon cancellation of order.
Buyer has complete obligation to pay up to Seller full amount of money due for goods and Seller has absolute legal rights to claim from Buyer such monies in full in accordance with payment terms agreed upon in the Invoice forthwith, and within due date/s, without delays from Buyer of whatsoever nature.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added over the total purchase value at the current prevailing rate.

shipping policy

Currently we are only shipping in Singapore. We do not provide international shipping at the moment.

The seller’s liability in respect of all goods supplied shall be limited to giving the buyer the benefit of any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. Replacement of any spare part not due to manufacturing defects shall be charged to the buyer.

cancellation POLICY

We do not accept full amount refund cancellation policy when the goods have been shipped out.
Should you change your mind about an order after placing it, you would have to contact us to halt the delivery.
However there would be a $10 handling fee due to transaction charges and handling of refund.
Alternatively, to avoid the $10 handling fees for immediate cancellation, you can request to be issued in store credit for the full refund amount.

30 days return POLICY

It is ok to change your mind! We will accept the return within 30 days of purchase however a handling charge of $30 would be imposed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

Within 30 days after delivery
Items to be good as new condition
Items have not been assembled, installed or damaged.
Original packaging is undamaged with Invoice
Item is not a special sales items or special arrangement item which no refund have been indicated to the customer before purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will allow the refund less the handling fees of S$30.
For defective item that cannot be repaired or replaced, there will be no refund.
Return of items is allowed based on the discretion of the staff.

CHANGE AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We will allow 1-1 exchange of the same item at our office or any other items of the same amount value. Alternatively you can return the item back to our warehouse and we will issued you the amount you have paid in the form of store credits. ( not applicable for special items that indicate no refund)
After the return of the item, your next new order will no longer enjoy Free Shipping. You will be charged a shipping fee of $25. This is done by deducting the shipping fee from your store credits earned from your return item, unless arranged for self-collection, shipping fee of S$25 charge is not required.
In cases of claims of exchange on products with obvious and significant defects, such claims will be taken as questionable and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as the customer should have sounded it off upon receipt of the item on the same day. Exchange is only at our distribution center so customer can check the item before leaving.
You may choose to bring the item to us personally or courier it to us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the return item to us. We encourage customers to use a trackable delivery service when returning items to us. This allows you to track delivery status of your own return parcel. 360 Waterworks is not able to advise on the delivery status of your return parcel and is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damages due to transit. 360 Waterworks reserves the right to reject return parcels that are damaged or charge a restocking fee in the instances when the item needs to be sent back to our factory for repacking. Customers are therefore encouraged to take extra care in proof-packing the return item for delivery.
360 Waterworks reserves the right to reject any return item that does not meet our return conditions stated above. If the return item is rejected, customer must collect back the item. You may self-collect, arrange your own courier service, or opt for our courier service. Our courier service is chargeable at a rate of S$25-$50 (small to large items).

DELIVERY

Free Delivery when order Above $500.
Delivery of the goods shall be made by the buyer collecting the goods at the seller’s premises at any time during business hours after the seller has notified the buyer that the goods are ready for collection, or if some other place for delivery is agreed by the seller delivering the goods to that place.

Delivery dates are promises given in good faith by the seller to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. No liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery will be accepted by the seller.

360 Bathware

shall endeavour to complete the delivery of Goods within the period stated but shall not be liable for damages or otherwise directly or indirectly for failure to do so from any cause whatsoever, including without prejudice to the generality of the forthgoing words, shortage of stocks, war, civil commotion, fire, flood, accident, labour dispute, shortage of materials, act of government or other authority, or any other cause or causes (whether similar or not) beyond the control of the Seller. Delay, however caused, shall not be the ground for cancellation or variation of the contract by the Buyer.

However, in the event of such delay, the time for delivery shall be extended until the operation of the causes preventing delivery has ceased to exist or at the option of the Seller, the Contract may be cancelled altogether or if the Contract has been partially performed then the underperformed part. In case of such cancellation, the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer on a quantum meruit basis and as if the Goods actually delivered were the only Goods subject to the Contract and neither party shall have any claim against the other in respect of damages compensation or otherwise.
Receipt of Goods by Buyer’s Representative shall be deemed to have been accepted and finality in good and serviceable condition by Buyer. Any responsibility and liability resulting thereafter shall therefore be without any recourse to Seller.

360 Waterworks will not be responsible for any failed deliveries should the customer provide the wrong delivery information such as the wrong address, wrong contact information, or wrong delivery date and timing.

360 Waterworks will do our best to help our customers receive their order. However, we are not obliged to deliver the order in any other ways not previously agreed on before the delivery.

We are also not obliged to perform any form of delivery beyond delivery to your doorstep. Should you not be at the location to receive the delivery, we are not obliged to wait for you to return home. We can however pass it to any other persons living in your home.

In cases where our logistics run into unforeseen circumstances, your delivery might be delayed for any number of reasons. In this case, we will inform you of any re-scheduling as early as we can.

Inaccessible Places

360 Waterworks will not ship to Tuas, Army Camps or Sentosa. If the customer wishes to do so, 360 Waterworks has the right to charge a surcharge.
We provide free lift level or ground level door to door delivery without moving up stairs. For bulky furniture delivery involving climbing of staircase(s), there will be a charge of $5-$10 per item per non-lift accessible steps which must be collected by our courier partner before the completion of the delivery. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonette.

PERFORMANCE

It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the goods are sufficient and suitable for the purpose to which they are to be put. The seller shall in no way whatsoever be liable for any direct or consequential damage, loss or expense arising from any defect or inefficiency caused by the manner in which the goods are installed or used.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of an order by the buyer, the seller shall be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid without prejudice to the seller’s rights.

DISCLAIMER

The conditions of sale are inclusive but not limited to the above clauses. In the events of dispute the decisions of the Company is final and conclusive.

Applicable law

Unless otherwise agreed, these conditions and the Contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
